Objectives

To implant firmly in the children of our community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and reverence for authority so that they will be well adjusted, stronger, happier children

To promote and maintain physical exercise, physical fitness and the well being of our athletes

To engage, assist, encourage, and teach youth tackle football

To promote sportsmanship and honor among children in a competitive atmosphere

To promote and oversee amateur games, contests, practices and athletics while elevating the standards and competitive level of youth football

To foster and encourage community pride through youth athletics

To instill good values and work ethic in our athletes

To hold true to our mission and achieve our objectives, KYFA will provide a supervised program under the rules and regulations of the league. All board directors, coaches, volunteers, parents and players shall bear in mind that the achievement of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of a game is secondary; the molding of our future citizens is of prime importance.
